Tooth enamel, however, do not contain living cells so do not have the ability to grow or recover. Enamel erosion leads to tooth decay and makes the gums prone to infection.

Poor oral hygiene can lead to other serious health problems which can be prevented by making the following tips part of your daily routine.

1. Brush your teeth regularly :-



We have been told to brush our teeth regularly since we were children and this is as important now as it was then. You must brush your teeth at least twice in a day for 2 to 3 minutes.

Choosing the right toothbrush is also an important part of this process. A toothbrush must contain soft bristles and a small head so it can reach the back of teeth and be gentle on the gums.

 You should also change the toothbrush at regular intervals, use the right toothpaste and the correct method of brushing in order to remove plaques and bacteria.

2. Floss daily :-



Just brushing your teeth is not sufficient, floss them too. Without flossing, brushing is not complete. Regular flossing helps prevent plaque growth which leads to tartar.

Flossing helps remove food particles trapped between the teeth and that is out of reach of a toothbrush. It also helps prevent mouth diseases like gingivitis.

3. Rinse with mouthwash :-



As brushing your teeth after every meal is not possible, rinsing the mouth thoroughly with a mouthwash or with water is a good alternative.

4. Limit sugary foods :-



Excess consumption of sugar foods aids the growth of bacteria in the mouth because the bacteria in your mouth develop we;; in sugar and produce an acid that damages the enamel.

Beverages such as soft drinks cause damage to the enamel and aid tooth decay. Drinking water or chewing sugar-free gum after meals helps are better and helpful alternatives.

5. Brush your tongue :-



The tongue must not be neglected. While brushing, make sure you spend adequate time brushing your tongue in order to stave off the growth of bacteria and mouth odor.

6. Consult a dentist :-



It is important to visit the dentist at least twice a year for cleaning and a check-up. A visit to the dentist should not wait for when you have a pain or issue with your mouth or teeth.

We are not saying that dark tone is bad or not beautiful, but having two-tone skin where some parts are light and some dark,this doesn't add to your beauty. Hence, you need to clean those dark pigmentation on your skins.

There are many ways you can clean this dark pigmentation.Here are a few easy and workable ones.
Let's began with Organic ways that you can do at home-

1. Apples:-

First,mash a few apples and then apply them as a scrub to the dark spots to get rid of the dark sports and odor.Apple contains AHA which can kill germs and bacteria that cause dark spots.

2. Sandalwood with Rosewater:-

Here are a few natural ways which you can use to remove your blackheads permanently.


1. Baking Soda :-

Baking soda is very useful for exfoliating dead skin cells and extra sebum.

Uses:-
You can use it by mixing 1 tbsp of baking soda with 2 tbsp of water to from a smooth paste. Now you can apply it on the affected area, keep it for 15-20 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water.

Note :-
But be careful,it might have a few side effects if you apply it daily.

2. Egg and Honey Mask:-

Egg white can help you tighten your pores and removing blackheads while honey nourishes and hydrates your skin.

Uses:-
Mix one egg white with 1 spoon of honey,and they apply them on your face.Let the paste dry and then rinse with lukewarm water. Use this paste just once or twice a week.

3. Cinnamon Powder and Lemon Juice :-

You can create a paste by mixing 2 table spoon of Cinnamon powder with 2 tbsp of lemon juice. Apply for 15-20 minutes and then rinse off with water. You can apply this past three to four times a week.

Uses:-
Instead of drinking, you have to create a smooth paste with small dry green leaves and water. Then apply it on your face for 15-20 minutes, wash off with lukewarm water.

but don't use it more than twice a week.

5. Cornstarch and Vinegar :-

Uses:-
You need to prepare a thick paste with 1 tbsp of cornstarch and mix it with vinegar. Now apply it to the concerned area and leave it for 15-20 minutes. After this, rinse it off with warm water.

You can also follow up with cold water or ice cube to close your pores. Use this paste two to three times a week.

6. Turmeric and Coconut oil :-

Turmeric has powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. While coconut oil soothes and hydrates the skin.

This combination is one of the best natural remedies to remove blackheads. You can use it by mixing one tbsp of Turmeric with coconut oil to form a smooth paste.

Apply it on the affected area for 15-20 minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm water. You can apply this paste three to four times a week.

7. Strawberry with Honey and Lemon Juice :-

strawberry is rice in Vitamin C, which keeps the skin hydrates and moisturized. It can reduce blackheads and dry or dead skin cells.

Uses :-
You can use it by mashing 2 to 3 strawberries and adding 1/2 teaspoon honey and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice to make a thick paste. Apply it for 15-20 minutes before washing off with water.

Note:-
Don't apply it more for more than 2 to 3 times a week.

8. Aloe Vera :-


Aloe Vera 

Aloe Vera  is well known for its moisturizing properties. It also contains zinc that helps tighten pores and cleanse the skin.

This will not only keep blackheads away, but your skin will become better. Take some aloe vera  gel and apply it on your face. You can leave it for as  many minutes as you like without disturbing. Then wash off with water.

You can use this daily until the blackheads disappear. The best part is you can grow the plant, and the gel is free of cost.
